old magic chef gas stove leaking from burners

okay, the burners are leaking, when i popped the top open, it seems the metal lines that connect to the burners are kinked and cracked. one of them has a noticeable split. where can i find parts for them? and if there are parts, is the replacement straight forward? you know, thread tape, flared ends, etc etc etc? oh wait, here is the model, the mrs just found the model number 31203PAV thanks all
