My washer tub was out of level. Took it apart and found one spring off. Put the spring back on but still out of level What else can I do?

I would start by replacing all three springs. These springs can be off but the problem is not visible to the naked eye. This is an inexpensive way to rule out the springs.
Before you do check and see if you can determine why the one spring came loose. That spring is pretty tight in there and there may be something else you can see that is causing the problem.
