my JENN_AIR MODEL WW27430B CONTROL DISPLAY IS EXTREMLY DIM.
ALL THE FUNCTIONS APPEAR TO WORK. WHAT IS THE MOST LIKELY

You did not include a model number but following is a post about the same problem.
Since manufacturers do not publish circuit board diagrams I cannot say what capacitors need replacing though that info may be in the post somewhere.
If in doubt I would replace all of them. They are fairly cheap.
One thing to note is that they are electrolytic capacitors so it is important that the new capacitors be installed with the positive and negative legs positioned the same as the old caps.
How do you access the capacitor? Need to pull out the oven? I have a Thermador drop in RED30VQ

Perhaps look it up on AppliancePartsPros and the parts breakdown will help.
