Oven heating element

Recent had the oven heating element go out; got my replacement yesterday and installed with no luck. All surface functions work with no problems. But the Broiler and the Oven heating elements aren’t working. Did a voltage check when the oven is turned on and I get about 107.4 - 109.3 vac on the wires. The element itself reads about 25 ohms. I get nothing for voltage when i connect the wires to the element. I don’t have a schematic of the controller but it was replaced about 2 yrs ago (T08-2K). But no fuses were blown or are blowing now. I hear a little clicking noise when I first turn on the oven then it goes away. Any ideals?

I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Tried here and several other sites.

Trace the wires to the controller and also from the controller to the elements.
Some units have a thermal fuse in the line to the control or to the common wire to the elements.

I do not know if the unit tells you the actual temperature or if it has a preheat indicator. If it does check that the unit is actually in preheat.
If the oven sensor goes sometimes the unit will think that it is already at set temperature and therefore will not heat.

Here is a good site with general stove repair info.

Odds are that the controller has blown again.

Thanks for the input, but I found my problem. When I disconnected the element the first time I didn’t realize there were two black wires attached and with all the stuffing the second wire had recessed where I couldn’t see it until I took the wiring cover off the back. It was a second black wire coming off the electrical terminal strip completing the circuit for both the broiler and oven.
