Oven will not reach temp setting. Replaced ERC board and sensor in oven same problem. Tried to adjust temp setting +35 -35 degree does not fix?

What is the difference between the set and real temperatures?

I reset the oven control temp off set to (can set to ±35) zero. Set oven to 350 oven heats up and beeps showing 350 actual temp 250 (2 temp gauges in oven read 250). Let oven heat up for 10 mins more temp at 250. Control cycling upper and lower element. Upper only on for about 10 seconds. Ohm out sensor at room temp 1080 ohms at 350 at 2100

There are two parts involved in the temperature sensing. They are: the oven sensor and the oven control board.

The oven sensor checks OK, so the problem is a bad control board.
