Oven will not heat

frigidaire FEB27S5ABB model, wall unit. Worked perfectly until I went to clean the bottom out and bumped the lower burner. It was trying to heat up at first but would not reach max temp. Now both bake & broil elements wont work. The rest of the oven works. When I try to heat it up I can hear the clicking sounds in the control panel like it’s working normally. Tried resetting the breakers, no luck. HELP PLEASE
