Oven won't light on Bake or Broil

My Whirlpool range won’t light on Bake or Broil.
At first I thought it was just the bake igniter, which I replaced until it finally dawned on me that if both functions stopped working at the same time, its most likely something other than the igniters. This leads me to believe that its the gas valve. I need some clarification on how to test the valve function using a multimeter.
Can someone please list the steps and normal ranges for each test to ensure the gas valve is indeed functioning or non functioning?

Thanks in advance,
Dave

I was able to test the continuity at the gas valve and I discovered that on one side it was around 210 ohms, yet on the other side, my multi meter read "OL" I assume this means the valve needs to be replaced. Right? Thanks in advance.
