Impeller assembly. Parts #23 how do they go together? One ring has a metal washer inside it, the other is a spring loaded rubber seal. When put together does the metal portion of the seal touch the rubber portion of the spring loaded seal or is the rubber side of the ring touching rubber portion of the spring loaded seal?
