My refridgerator door won’t shut, I thought it was the seal but just looking a bit at this site, it looks like it might have something to do with the door. The freezer door above it works fine so maybe not a leveling problem. My food keeps freezing and it’s costing me so much money, electricity and food. HELP. Please. Karen
Typically what will cause this is the little plastic spacers under the door on the hinge pin will break off. Sometimes installers leave them off and after a while the door will not close.

This will cause the door to drop down and the door will not close. It is best if you order the correct spacer but whatever you do, do not use a metal spacer.

Other common problems are the gasket on the bottom of the door is damaged and not sealing, or the gasket just peals away from the fridg frame.
If the first, you will need a new door gasket. If the second, make sure the door gasket is still "soft", then duck tape the door shut overnight, should seal ok next morning when the tape is removed.
