First, I’m a novice on this, so go easy on the tech talk 
… My Jenn-Air side by side is not cooling in the refrigerator compartment. The freezer side has frosted up on the back panel of the freezer. This happened once before and I let it defrost overnight and it started working again. That was about 6 weeks ago. Since it has happened again I’m assuming I need to replace some parts. Can anyone suggest what parts I may need to order or suggest a fix for this. Any help would be appreciated as I really do not have the cash to call a repair technician.
