Refrigerator door hinge?!?!?!

My refrigerator is hard to close because the side by side doors are sticking to each other. I think it’s the weight of the wood panels that are dressing the doors of the fridge that have caused the hinges to swag. Do you think I need to change the hinges? If so; how do I do that myself?. Also, the freezer does not fully freeze the items stored on the bottom drawer. Is that because maybe the door is not closing completely? or… how do I know if the seal needs to be replaced? I paid a ton for this fridge about 11 years ago and I am very disappointed with the quality, it’s been one repair after another. Since this is a built in unit I don’t have $8K to replace it right now. I need to figure out how to keep it working. Your help is greatly appreciated.

when you say the doors are sticking to each other, do you mean the rubber door gaskets are rubbing each other when you open / close doors? or are they sticking to the frame when they are opened. Without personal inspection, i couldnt say for certain, its possible the hinges have bent due to weight, also could be the upper hinge bracket(s) has loosened, or you could just have bad door gaskets, or some other issue with the door liner cracking.
