Replaced Control Panel, still no input signal

My dryer was making a weird chirping noise for a couple of weeks. Then it wouldn’t respond to keypad at all.
I ordered the control panel from your company. The panel I receved is part number: AP3882440 (33003028)
I replaced the part and still I am getting no input. No button responds at all, period.
My old control board has what looks like an overheated spot on the top right where the 4 little resisters are. The old control panel has the number: 63717810 on it, so I’m wondering if I received the correct part. OR Could the actual pad with the buttons be messed up too?

Yes, the lights are on as normal, but nothing happens when you push any button.

door seal retainer comes off
