Replacement thermal fuse

I have a RF374PXDW1 Whirlpool electric range in perfect condition. Started throwing codes so had a tech look at it. He says is just the thermal fuse (part# 3187848). I can’t find one anywhere. Are these things rated for temp or what? Seems like there should be another fuse that could substitute if the heat rating was the same. Any suggestions?

I doubt it is the fuse as it looks like it kills power to the control board.

Have you tried unplugging the unit for a couple minutes to see if it will reset.

We’ve tried everything. The fuse reads open. I found a fuse on ******** yesterday. If that doesn’t work I’m not going to waste money on a board. It’s 16 years old and will be scrap metal at that point.
