Replacing Frame in Door

Received the replacement part Whirlpool 8206638 Frame-Door, but not sure how you open up the existing door to replace this part. There was grease inside the glass area on this part and that is why we’re replacing. Can you tell us how this is to be done? It’s not obvious how it can be taken apart to get inside to this part on the door.

Need to know as soon as possible as we are listing the house in a few days.
