I just received my new new water inlet valve from you. I followed your video instructions on taking my washer apart. I removed the control panel, took out the spring clips, disconnected the wiring, found two small screws on the bottom of the backside.
When I try and lift off the cabinet it won’t budge no matter how hard I pull. It seems like something else is holding it on tight. The back of the cabinet is about 2/3rds of the way off. I tipped it to look under it and don’t see anything holding it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
