Icemaker has stopped working. Water seems to be getting in to the freezer unit as chilled water will dispense from the front. I can feel ice in the icemaker but it is not shooting out into the collection tray inside the freezer.
I would like guidance as to how to test the icemaker, some diagrams on how to remove any covers or to remove the unit completely and anything else that will avoid having to call a service agent.
