Side by side, water line frozen, melted switch from hair dryer

Hello I read from another post that there is a heater for the water line but it said that it only works on models with metal liners and that mine wasn’t one of them. Any other suggestions?

Also I left the hair dryer on too long and melted the white water tube as well as broke something else. I no longer hear the click to engage the ice dispenser. So Im guessing it is a switch. Also is there a new white water tube?

I plan to take it apart in the morning and see what else I find.

Took it apart and it looks like the lever came off the switch. At least this part should be easy enough.

Well I actually warped the funnel ice dispenser as well as the housing shield that hold the funnel.

I still haven’t found a replacement for the water tube dispenser or if my model will work with the tube heater.
