Hello. The best advice that I can give on this adventure, would be to try and locate a technician that has the tool and try to borrow it , I have heard of folks using a cold chisel to get them off, that seems a little risky, you could soak it with WD-40 the real problem would be getting the new one tight enough with out doing damage to it , or the threads on the transmission here is the part [AP3538707](https://www.appliancepartspros.com/search.aspx?p=[AP3538707](http://www.appliancepartspros.com/Appliance-Parts/sea-spanner-wrench-item-number-ap3538707.aspx)) we have them in stock thank you and good luck !

i know and old dude that might have one, will get on it. thanks bobalou.
