The spray arm in this dishwasher apparently came loose and fell on hot heating element, thereby completely burning through the plastic on one side.

  1. Does the spray arm need any special fastening part? If yes, what will it be?

  2. If the spray arm does not need any special fastening part, how do I make sure that it does not come loose again?

  3. Is there a metal spray arm that would fit in this Frigidaire dishwasher (MDB125RGS0)?

    Any and all help would be appreciated.
