squeaky dryer

I need help of finding the correct part to fix the squeaky noise coming from near the door, also a rubbing noise associate with it, thanks!

First disconnect power from dryer then remove the top by removing the screws inside the door pointing up. Then remove then remove the screws inside the case pointing forward. Once done the front should lean forward and lift up and out of the way. There are five bearings that commonly cause these dryers to squeal. Four slides on the front that the drum glides on and one sleeve bearing on the drum shaft on the back of the drum. To get to the sleeve bearing remove the drum by unhooking the belt and sliding the drum forward enough to replace the bearing. for more on this visit http://www.appliance-repair-it.com/GE-dryer-noisy.html

Thank you for the quick reply, I will try to follow through as instructed.

Our Cloths are too wet after the spin cycle. There is no residual water in the tank, and the line from the tank to the pump is OKay. I did just replace the water seal and bearing, and things appear to be working fine. Our cloths are just too wet. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Clothes are too wet for one of two reasons.

 1. The water is not draining completely out or

 2. The machine is not spinning fast enough.

Operate the machine with the front off and you should be able to see which of these is the problem.
