start of fill varies from 0 to 15 minutes

The washer will start filling any where from when the timer knob is pulled to 10 to 15 minutes after the timer knob is pulled. If I pull the tier knob repeatedly, it will eventually start. If it doesn’t start, it will often dribble a few drops of water. If I turn the timer to any of the spin cycle settings, it will start the spin cycle.
How does the water level switch work? Would a clog in the line cause this problem? Would a pin hole or loose clamp where the plastic tube connecting either the water level switch or the Tub (?) cause this problem?

Disconnect the pressure hose from the pressure switch. If it now starts filling every time when you pull the timer knob then you need to check for clogging in the hose and air chamber on the side of the tub where the air dome is located, lower right side. If it still has trouble starting to fill with hose disconnected, unplug the wiring connector from the pressure switch and jump the violet and pink wires together. If it works every time now, then replace the switch. If there is still a problem then we need to check the temperature switch and fill valves.
