We received an F1 error code on our oven several days ago and performed the suggested test to find whether it was the ERC or the touch pad that was malfunctioning. After disconnecting the ribbon that connects the ERC and the touch pad, we still had the F1 error. So we ordered a new ERC. After installing it and ensuring everything was connected properly, we restored power and received the same F1 error code again. What are we missing here?
