Stovetop burner won't spark

1 burner on the stovetop will not spark. I cleaned the little ceramic ignitor and I got it to spark once but that was it. All the other burners spark. Do I replace the ignitor wiring harness or the individual ignitor itself. Could it be the spark ignitor? But that doesn’t seem right because I would think none of the burners would work.I haven’t checked to see if the ignitor is cracked but I will do that tomorrow. It is my tenant that is having the problem. I can get it to light if I hold a match to it but don’t want them to have to do that trick.Would appreciate any guidance on this.
