We have ordered new knobs for this cooktop before from your site. They fit perfectly. This time when we ordreed BSH 414700 the knob looks identical except inside where it fits on the control shaft. The knob has a metal plate which is preventing the knob from sitting down on the shaft. Do you have any of the older knobs without the metal piece insidfe? Or how can we make this fit? Thank you.
