We have a thermador downdraft unit that isn’t working properly. It raises up and hums, but does not exhaust. The speed witch does not do anything. I opened front of fan housing and it does move when snorkel is raised, but only slowly. Would that be the speed switch? Also I can find no model or serial number. The unit is 3-5 years old.
