Thermal Fuse

I have this built-in oven/microwave combo. I need to replace the thermal fuse, part no. 9759243, and I can’t find a diagram to do it. Is it in the control panel? If so, how do I get into that? If on back of oven, do I need to take the oven out of the wall? Any suggestions on that?

Its #37 in the diagram below. You need to remove the oven from the wall and remove the back panel to access it.
