Top oven (broiler and bake) not working

I have a Maytag MGR6772BDW. The stove top burners work and the bottom oven works. The top oven, both the bake and broiler, don’t work. It seems very strange that both igniters would go bad at the same time. I replaced the bottom oven igniter a few years back and that oven still works great. I can replace the top oven igniters but I was wondering if there was something else I should check since they both stopped working at the same time

Before you replace the igniters (perhaps needlessly), turn it on and select a bake cycle. Listen carefully for a click (or two) from the relays that energize the igniters. You may have a bad relay board.
