Trunion stuck on Frigidaire FWXB23RGS0 Washing Machine

I am trying to fix a leak coming from the center seal of the outer tub. I have gotten just about everything off but i am stuck at the trunnion. It won’t budge. Is it suppose to turn or just pull straight up? Here is a parts list of the washer in detail:

Sorry the url didnt come through. Anyhow it is part #16 if you lookup model#FWXB23RGS0 on this website for parts. I believe it is called a trunnion or something. I did get that agitator spline thing off you mentioned though with a hammer hitting upward on it.
