Clothes were coming out with lint and discoloration. I have removed the tub and cleaned inside and outside really well but there is water inside the base portion of the tub. I hope this isn’t a dumb speculation, but is there supposed to be water there? I turned the tub upside down, up right and lay it on its side trying to get the water out. Is there supposed to be water there for ballast or what?
