My upper over won’t heat up in "bake" mode. Bottom works fine and upper broiler also works fine. Are there separate ignighters for the bake and broil burners?

Most likely you have a bad bake igniter. Run simple test. Get to the upper bake igniter, turn the bake on and see if it glows at all. If it glows, check the amps draw - approximately 3.2 amps. Less then 3.0 amps - replace the igniter. If it doesn’t glow - check the continuity. No continuity - replace the igniter.
