Last week during a self cleaning process the thermal fuse blew. The unit would not even power up. I replaced the fuse and the unit powered up. When I finally went to use the oven and the upper oven will not heat. The lower oven appears to work just fine. Are there any other things to check on the system board etc to see that that is occurring. I see from the diagrams that there is Range high-limit thermostat. Firstly I assume the oven needs to be removed to get to this part. Could this be the likely culprit??
