no power to display, door switchs are ok, check both micro switches have 120 volts to and thru them when they are activated and 0 when not activated. nothing happens when I push anything on controll panal.

You will need to do a voltage check at the control board :
You will need to manually activate the door switches .
At the control board you have 2, 4 wire connectors.
Connector 1 has 2 black wires (side by side).
Connector 2 has 2 white wires (side by side).
With the door switches activated, you need to check for line voltage from both black wires to both white wires.
If you have voltage, you will need a new control board.
If you have no voltage, you would have a broken wire between the door switches and control board, since you already checked the door switches.
Be careful, this is a live voltage check, don’t hurt yourself.

replaced board, still no go, checked ribbon connector to touch pad from control board and it was ok . no power no lights still dead

OK,
So, you had 120 volts ac at the 2 black and 2 white wires on the control board connectors with the door switches activated, as I stated in my previous post, and the board still would not ligt up when you made a selection. ?
Then you have to have a bad touchpad assembly, or a bad control board out of the box ???
