First off. I cannot find a manual for Model 911 4742003.
Unit will briefly come on and then quit. I’ve reset with no success. Resetting sometimes causes a flashing F1 code.
I also cannot find any info on your unit.
I tried AppliancePartsPros, Sears parts and Whirlpool.
Even tried to Google it and all that came up as an oven was your post.
Please check your model number.
I can tell you that the unit was made by Roper which is owned by Whirlpool.
Roper F1 error codes often point towards a control board problem.
But without finding a tech sheet I cannot confirm this.

F1 —Analog to Digital Failure —Disconnect for 30 seconds - if display re-appears - replace control
