My Whirlpool Quiet Partner 2 is not cleaning well and detergent (liquid) is not emptying completely. Lower wash arm seems very wobbly and does not spin smoothly. I tried to remove it by loosening the plastic plug in the center but I can’t get the plug out. How do I remove/replace the wash arm?
