Machine fills with water but doesn’t wash. I verified that I get voltage at the motor during the wash cycle. Motor turns freely and is not bound up. With a voltmeter the capacitor tests as being open. According to what I have read, this capacitor is used to start the wash motor and it should not be an open circuit. Is this correct?
