My washer will not spin, but it make a sound like the motor is turning but the belt somehow fell off. I believe this is direct drive and does not have a belt though.
HELP!
If you will post a complete model number someone may be able to help.
If it is a direct drive, the clutch is likely the problem, but you will want to check the drive block also.
