washer gose to code F11

Washer starts and runs for 10 to 20 mins. then gose to Code F11 push thecancle button, F11 gose away and the remaining time comes up on the display. Some times if I push the start button the washer will start again and finish cycle. But most of the time the ccu just clicks a number of times and then F11 starts again. Unplug for five to ten mins plug back in the cycle comes back to full time. I have cleaned all contacts on the ccu, mcu and replaced the door latch. After I replaced the door latch it ran one full cycle ok, the second load F11 came up with 11 mins let and would not reset untill I unpluged for 10 mins. Please Help my E-mail is rhopper517@aol.com.

I wish we could help you but this error message is one of the most vexing ever made. About all it says is that there is a problem.

Based on your intermittent nature it might be a frayed or shorted wire between the MCU and CCU so I would very carefully check all of them.

If this is not the problem you are going to have to replace parts on spec, so see if you will find a parts supplier who will take back electrical components if they do not fix the problem.
