i have a whirlpool duet washer model ghw9150pw. the problem i am having is a f11 code keeps appearing. when the washer is started you can hear the door lock as well as see the light and as water enters the machine you hear the door unlock and also the light goes out and the code appears. i have tried a power reset and a few other things i read on the net with no luck. can anyone help, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks barry

Communication between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the Motor Control Unit (MCU) cannot be sent correctly.
Potential Causes
• Check Wire Harness connections to the MCU, the motor, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
• Check the Drive system for any worn or failed components
• Check MCU
• Check CCU
• Check Motor
• Check Wire Harness
If your lucky you will only have to replace one or the other. Sometimes it’s just a guessing game as to what one is bad and something you need to replace both.
