I did an online chat with Appliance Parts Pros. The question was, in the middle of the wash, the washer stops and flashes the error code F11. They told me communication between the central control unit and the motor control unit cannot be sent correctly. What is the ccu and the mcu and is this something that can be repaired by a novice or should I just call a repair person.
