I am trying to find the solution to a problem I am having with my GE Profile Washer, Model # WPGT9150HWW. It now has no power when I turn it on. The outlet has power and anything else I plug into it works. The washer has been disconnected per the manufactorers instructions to reset the electronics but it still will not turn on. I am trying to find out so that I can order parts if this problem is more likely to be caused by the display assembly, Part # WH12X10373, or the powerboard, Part# WH12X10281? All assistance appreciated.

There should be power to the Display assembly behind the touchpad, should have 120v going to it most likely that’s your problem unless you had button problems prior to it breaking down…it also could be the Touchpad but i’d go for the main control behind the touchpad first…if you buy it from this site and it doesn’t fix the problem you can return it…
