I’m a bit of a newbie to washer repair but I’ve done quite a bit on my cars with the help of the internet.
So, here’s my problem: On all 3 cycles the washer drains but does not spin during the wash cycle. On the rinse cycle the tub fills probably less than half way with water but does spin. All 3 water temps work okay. The motor is showing no error codes as per

Here is a "diary" of my whites cycle starting on light wash with cold water on the lowest water level setting:
After the tub fills:
00:18 Agitation starts
04:02 Rapid agitation begins
04:15 Rapid agitation stops, short pause, and then draining begins.
10:00 Draining stops
10:17 Water refill starts
13:00 Some isolated and not very loud knocking sounds (maybe 3x) ( in timer?)
13:18 Agitation begins
16:00 Rapid agitation begins
16:04 Draining begins (time approximate to within 2 seconds maybe)
16:10 Rapid agitation stops
20:10 Spin begins
20:26 Spin increases
25:20 Spin starts to slow
26:05 Spin stops (the spin will stop with 5 seconds if I open the lid)
The only overlap of events that I noticed was at 16:04 when the drain started before the agitation stopped. Otherwise, each step was isolated.
Any ideas?
