Washer fills with water, does not agitate, completes wash cycle, while in the drain/spin cycle it will drain the water, but does not spin. The tub spins freely (by hand) with lid open or shut. Also the timer ticks when it should be spinning on the spin cycle. It is the same issue on all of the spin cycles. Tried unplugging the washer & this did not solve the problem. Can my husband repair this or do I need to call someone? Thank you!
