Each time my washer has to cut off it make a loud sqeaking noise. What is causing that sound?

It is very hard for us to diagnose a noise like yours from afar because the main way we do the diagnosis is to take off the front cover and listen to where it is coming from and what type of noise it is.
Your problem may be in the brakes, and here is a technical bulletin which describe the parts you might try replacing. This will also allow an adjustment which may help quiet it down.
