I have a top-loading LG washer (WT5070CW) that has an issue.
Initial symptom was an "OE" error and water not draining. I then noticed the pump not making a sound. I was able to get the service manual and went through the steps for troubleshooting the OE error. The pump is okay and runs if I hardwired 120V to its leads. When I check the voltage at the connectors coming from the PCB it is only reading 112-113V. The service manual says it should be 120V +/- 5% otherwise replace the main PCB . Any idea what could be causing a voltage drop? Or how to increase the volts slightly?
