Washing machine stopped draining today. I confirmed no obstructions in the lines or the drain pump. Drain pump passes continuity test and rotates freely.
First time that I tested voltage on the lines leading to the drain pump, it read 120V. Hooked up the drain pump and it worked intermittently. Disconnected plugs to drain pump, and now the voltage on the line is only reading 90V
