washer machine do not work. lights turn on except the start button do not work it do not start the cycle!
their is power and everything is on, but it do not start washing cycle.
Need advice please! any sugestions??.

When you say it does not start washing do you mean it does not even fill with water or it fills with water but the wash cycled does not start running?
that’s right, do not fill water, only turn the light on, i am changed for drain or spin but nothing happens, is like a dead, but had power "electricity". thanks again for your help
