Washer throws code "LO"

My Maytag model # MAH5500BWW, serial # 98919282AV
will not do anything and shows code "LO".
What does this mean? Also doing the self test thing it showed a code of "ot" What does this mean?

The LO code is the door lock, either not actually locking or it’s not telling the unit it’s locked. the ot code I can’t find anywhere.

Thanks for the response.
The "LO" door locked, does this mean door lock assembly is broken? I can hear the control board sending a plus every ten seconds.
All so I bought the maytag used, can anyone tell me how old it is by the serial number?

How old is this machine? Is this machine worth putting a new control card in?

I would, but I love my Neptune. Of course mine is a newer model, but when (not if) it breaks I will fix it! Because a new front load ins’t cheap and I don’t want a regular top load again.

I have received the dishwasher tower spray. It would seem that it should be easy to install, however, I can’t see how the part will clip into the piece it’s supposed to fit into. The tower spray is rigid plastic. The piece it is supposed to fit into is old and I would need a screwdriver to fit the first set of clips into. There has to be a way a pro would be able to do this easily. How can I get it to fit in and then the second set of extensions to fit in so I can turn it and cllick it in place???

We amateurs have trouble, unfortunately.
