Washer will fill, agitate, then drains without spin. then fills up on rinse cycle agitate,drains,but no spin out, then nothing on spin cycle? Just a Buzzing motor. Do I have bad Transmission or timer or wiring?

Could be a bad timer, motor or connection between the two on the wire harness.
Could also be something caught between the basket and outer tub that is keeping the basket from spinning.
Hello, Put on spin to drain washer with some clothes in it, It worked!!! Seems to have problem after rinse cycle.After close look I noticed a burn mark on wire harness at motor from timer (blue wire).Can I replace wire or need new harness.
