The washer will not agitate or spin but will fill with water and pump out the water so the motor is working. I have checked the drive coupler and it is not broken. Can anyone help me diagnose what is wrong with this washer?
The washer motor is running but the washer does not agitate or spin during its normal cycle. Lifting the lid shuts the motor off and stops the cycle as it should.
