My 3 year crosley washer will not agitate or spin out please help not sure if its a belt or what

Your machine is a direct drive made by Whirlpool, so it does not have a belt. What it does have is a motor coupling which can break.
This video will show you how to access it. On the way, check the lid switch by by-passing it by placing an insulated wire in the two outer holes of the lid switch connector coming from the console. Place the washer in spin mode and if it spins, replace the lid switch.
If you hear the motor running, disconnect the power, remove the cabinet and check the coupling. Note: you do not have to take off the water pump, just tie if off to the left. Otherwise a lot of water will come out.
